Such Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you (hereinafter “you” or “your”) and Enlyt.

Access to Course Materials
- Course materials are accessible online only through a third-party Learning Management System (LMS).
- Access is granted via a unique username and password, which are strictly for your personal use.
Course Fees and Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full upon enrolment and are non-refundable.
- Bookings will only be processed after full payment is received.
- By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to cancel the order once service delivery has commenced, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Prohibited Use
- Your account and course materials are for your sole use and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or offered to any other person by any means.
- Sharing or unauthorised use of materials constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Enlyt’s Remedies for Breach
If Enlyt determines a breach of these terms, it reserves the right to:
- Deny further access to your account.
- Recover course fees equivalent to the full course price (as applicable at the time of the violation) for each instance of unauthorised use or distribution.
- Enlyt reserves additional rights or remedies available under law.
Customisation and Updates
Course materials are tailored to your specific requirements based on the subjects you must pass as determined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Notes, Mocks and other online material are regularly updated to reflect changes in the law.
Limitations of Service
- Course fees do not cover any payments to the SRA or assessment providers.
- Candidates must independently apply to sit for assessments and for admission as a solicitor with the SRA.
- Enlyt is not responsible for determining your eligibility for SRA admission, securing your assessment booking, or any related issues.
Liability
- Enlyt is not liable for any failure to meet SRA eligibility criteria, missed bookings, or changes in assessment availability.
- Personalised Guidance
Scope of Service
- The Personalised Guidance service provides tailored advice and support to help you prepare for the SQE1 exam and navigate your journey to becoming a solicitor in England and Wales.
- The guidance is based on the information you provide and is not a substitute for independent legal or professional advice.
Service Features
- Full Support Until Exam Day (or 4 Months from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier): Continuous guidance and support is provided until your SQE1 exam day (or 4 Months from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier) to ensure you remain on track throughout your preparation.
- Quick Clarifications: Any questions or clarifications regarding your progress will be answered via email within 24 hours, providing timely help when needed.
- Weekly 30-Minute Consultation Calls: You may schedule a 30-minute call every week with one of our expert tutors. These sessions offer personalised feedback and advice tailored to your preparation needs for the upcoming SQE1 exam.
What Happens After Your Purchase
- Within 24 hours of your purchase (on a business day), you will receive an email with suggested times for a consultation call to be scheduled within the next 24 hours.
- You also have the flexibility to propose your own preferred time and date for the call.
Service Fees and Payment
- Fees for Personalised Guidance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- The service will be initiated within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Accuracy of Information Provided by You
- The guidance provided is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply.
- Enlyt is not responsible for any errors or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you.
Limitations of Liability
- While Enlyt aims to provide reliable and practical advice, the service does not guarantee specific outcomes, including success in assessments or admission as a solicitor.
- Enlyt is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the guidance provided.
Confidentiality
- Enlyt will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Exemption Support
Scope of Service
- The Exemption Support service assists candidates in preparing and submitting applications to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for exemptions from SQE1 or SQE2 based on prior qualifications or experience.
- The service includes expert advice, document reviews, and post-submission guidance as outlined below.
Service Features
- Guidance on Drafting Referee Letters: Enlyt provides expert advice on how to draft a compelling referee letter, ensuring all necessary details and documents required for submission are included.
- Referee Letter Review: Before you send the letter to your referee for signature, Enlyt reviews your draft to ensure it meets the SRA’s standards and requirements.
- Post-Submission Support: Enlyt offers assistance with any follow-up questions from the SRA, providing guidance to help you respond confidently and accurately after submitting your application.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

- Enlyt is not responsible for delays or rejections arising from incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
No Guarantee of Exemption Approval
- The exemption application process is managed entirely by the SRA, and decisions are subject to their independent evaluation.
- Enlyt cannot guarantee the approval of any exemption application.
Limitations of Liability
- Enlyt’s role is advisory and supportive.
- Enlyt is not liable for the outcome of your exemption application or any consequences resulting from its acceptance or rejection.
Confidentiality
- All information and documents shared with Enlyt will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy
Copyright
You acknowledge that Enlyt own all rights, title and interest in Course materials all of which are protected by the relevant copyright laws and shall not be shared, sold, copied, recorded or reproduced by You by any means or for any purpose.
Such materials may not be reproduced whether in all or in part by any method whatsoever, without prior permission having been given in writing by Enlyt. Apart from a few exceptions as determined by Enlyt exclusively, the online course materials cannot be downloaded or printed.
Limitation on Liability
Whilst all reasonable care has been taken in the preparation of the course materials, neither Enlyt nor any of the authors accept responsibility for any errors it may contain or for any loss sustained, by any person placing reliance upon its contents. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, failure in any assessment, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF ENLYT AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, TO ANY PARTY (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE GREATER OF INDIAN RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY (INR. 100/-). THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable to you for any eventuality caused directly or indirectly as a result of using the Website, in case of any Force Majeure Event.
A Force Majeure Event is defined as any act of God, wars or threat of war (declared or undeclared), insurrections, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government actions (including but not limited to passage of any law, or order), lockouts, civil unrest, demonstrations, real or potential labour disputes, any natural disaster, inability to obtain relevant authorisations or accident or defect in telecommunication network or any other act, affecting our ability to offer Services and which are beyond our reasonable control. Force Majeure Event may render it difficult or impossible for us to continue to provide the Services on its Website and we retain the right to suspend, limit or terminate the Website until further notice.
Governing Law
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the State of Uttar Pradesh in any action arising out of or relating to legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website.
Grievance Officer
In the event you have any complaints or grievances, please contact Atullya Srivastava at support@toenlyt.com who is our Grievance Officer and Compliance Officer.
The complaints will be redressed in the manner provided under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules framed thereunder. We will acknowledge the receipt of any consumer complaint within 48 hours and redress the complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
